At Ladera Community Church Preschool, we follow a play-based, developmentally appropriate approach to teaching and learning. Our programs focus on the whole child, encouraging a positive sense of self while fostering physical, intellectual, social and emotional development. Our mission is to offer all children a safe, inviting and nurturing environment that stimulates curiosity and creativity while inspiring a lifetime love of learning.
LCC Preschool is a non-profit, NAEYC-accredited preschool that welcomes children of any culture or religious background, and provides need-based tuition assistance. We have low child to teacher ratios in all our classrooms, and we are also a local model for incorporating children with special needs. We offer half-day programs for children aged 2 to 5 years.
We are located in a lovely, rural setting on the campus of Ladera Community Church in Portola Valley, minutes from Highway 280.
Getting Ready for Summer!
As the 2012-2013 school year comes to an end, we want to wish you all a very safe and happy summer!
We will miss those moving on to kindergarten next year. We are so proud of all they have accomplished, learned, and amazed at how much they have grown this year. We will miss their laughter and know they will succeed in the exciting world of kindergarten!
We still have openings in our summer camp & hope you can join us for some special fun in the sun!
